Long maceration of the skins and maturation in 50 hl seasoned oak, where it rises at least 12 months.
It is a wine to seize the ancient sensory emotions of seasoned wood. Time builds the organoleptic heritage of the wine, creating a balance of flavors between fruit, fermentation and wood that only the wisdom of time can harmonize.
Intense in purple red tonality with shades of amber, soft, structured, warm, spacious with vanilla aromas.
With meat, rare or very savory, very elaborate first courses and dry cheeses.
