Carpe Diem



Verdicchio grapes in surmaturation, dried in collection boxes of 4 kg.
Reachedthe 50% of drying process, the grapes are vinified with maceration method; in February, the new wine is decanted in barrels and stays here for many  years. Amber yellow tending to gold, full-bodied, very structured, warm, sweet, with vanilla aromas. Suitable for cheese, smoking, musicand dried sweets, it is a midnight wine.
